I don't particularly understand why you'd intentionally want to go bankrupt, but the quickest way is to probably drive the FZR loads consistently overspeeding, or leaving a Safe Zone and Shift P each time.
Be aware, falling below -€5000 carries a permanent ban. Sometimes it's lifted, depends how you got to the low amount in the first place.

Hi,
You are considered as bankrupt when you go below 0€, but you have a leeway before being auto-banned from our servers, the maximum you can go is -5'000€, it means that you won't be banned untill you reach -5'000€. The ban is used to prevent insim abuse.
If you want to be in that case, you can speed around the track, you can swear to be auto-fined from the swear filter (being offensive is against the server rules and we, [TC], would take care), you can try to be chased by cops and pay the tickets... but I doubt you really want to do that.
