Sometimes you lend your car to other people, but returning the vehicle can be tricky since both people need to be online at that time.

So it would be really useful to have a command to send cars to offline players like you do with money already.

!send <VIN> <lfs username> eg.: !send AAAAB chucknorris

Suggested this to Chuck not long after the reset, iirc he said it would be implemented at some stage.

Obviously, the sooner the better.
