Hello everyone,
My title is not as interesting as KaraK's previous announcement like but, we would like to take this opportunity to announce the following:
Over the past few weeks, 4 new Assistants have been undergoing training within the team to prepare them for the test to become full Trainers. Unfortunately, Edwin [AS] made his own decision to step back down to a [CA] as he cannot find the time to fulfil his Assistant role.
Val [AS] will also be leaving us. He will not be a part of the team at all which is really unfortunate. We wish both of them the best of luck in future!
As a team this is a big blow for us however, there's good news to bring us up including two new additions to the team!
We are proud to announce a new users who holds the white name!
Please welcome: Polete [T]
He has been successful in his training and passed his trainer tests and will now be independently training users to be successful cops. Congratulations!
Daniel [AS] is still to have his assistant period complete. He we hopefully be joining Polete if successful.
The other addition in the team:
Please welcome: Cranked [CA]
His application was successful and will now play a vital part like all [CA]'s in assisting the trainers within the team!
Now as you may be aware we have been planning a recruitment.
We are happy to say that the Training Team Recruitment Opens: Today!
With regret, the recruitment was postponed from September due to personal reasons within the team which made recruitment unmanageable. However, we would like some fresh potential trainers in the team so we thought it would be an necessity to open it today.
Details on the requirements to apply will be announced later on when recruitment opens. We look forward to seeing new additions!
On a final note, on behalf of the team can I kindly ask all trainee applicants to keep their patiences when it comes to organising training sessions. Some of the trainers have had it rough over the last few months and on top of that, the new academic year has started for schools, college and universities. We are all tied up in our real lives and yet we dedicate our personal time to give everybody on [TC] a more enjoyable experience. It is disrespectful to us to receive begging comments and immature replies related to our activity. We are doing what we can. Life comes first.
