The user will be issued a ban for hitting everyone that was parked without an apology. Seems pretty weird to me also that all the way down the highway his steering axis never moved and his throttle was on full non stop, even when he came to a stop in the sand.

But for about a minute? Why couldn't he reopen the game within the space of a minute?

maybe he did it on porpose
