41:44 Came to change a car for bigger tow mission
41:57 Changed the car and responded to call
42:33 As you can see on right, there was speed trap, what fined me. Screen shot prooves it that I was already answered to call when I got fined by speedtrap.
42:47 At this moment I realised that I got fined by speed trap and screenshot was taken about 5 secs after this.

11.5.1. Med/Res may break the road-laws if safe to do so, but not excessively or recklessly, providing no other players are endangered. Rule 11.1 still applies
11.5.2. Med/Res cannot be chased or fined by cops

We're discussing this internally to determine whether this is a bug or not.

This was a bug which has now been fixed by Chuck.
