● Description of incident (inc Date & Time): This guy was blocking me from overtaking, he first of all went a bit in the WW (1st screenshot), to block me from overtaking when i was on the WW, and then. He was in the right side and I Was just next to him and about to overtake(2nd screenshot show that he was in the Right side.). He switch lane for no reason...(3rd screenshot show the he switched lane to just block me. and after all, his reaction is just : LOL.

Those screenshots only give me a very brief hint what could have happened. Also they don't show what happened prior, during or after the incident and they can also be easily manipulated.

So please upload a replay, otherwise there is nothing i can do.

Seems like a minor thing, but he has slight history for it. Will give him a final confirmable ingame warning for his behaviour.
