This is a pretty open-and-shut case in terms of whose fault it was (Bence's), but i'd like to speak to him first.

I'll try to catch him when he is next on the server and have a chat, then i'll make my decision.

I've spoken to Bence on the server which helped me work out what his thoughts were in regards to the accident. After a discussion, he concluded that he should have apologised.

He says he will apologise to you when you're next on the server.

A note will be added to his record so that if a similar incident occurs in future, it will likely be treated via a ban instead.
