He moves in front of me while i'm chasing Tibe, and fails to apologize. This caused me to lose the chase.

Edit: Checked replay from his perspective, he's engine was turned off. He was playing (started to drive). Still an apology could've been nice. And also kinda poor attitude after the incident imo.

I was going to issue him with a warning for failing to apologise to you however he decided to disrespect you by calling you a kid after you had given him plenty of time to apologise. He will receive a short ban.
