Hey guys , I am making a forum for a Eurotruck multiplayer team , and this is my first time im doing it , atm it looks like this

not a easy task , im stuck here forever at the moment , if anyone could help me with centering the logo and the user cp-welcome message- and so on , would be great , i need it looking neat , any help would be greatly appreciated.
