the user was clearly interuping the chase and making an unnecessary danger to other road users.

Hi there,
the time stamps you have provided with the statements are all true and confirmed.
This user follows your chase and rams multiple people of said chase including you most the time. The blocking and ramming are all clearly intentional as he steers towards you and even brakes in front of you while steering in your direction to hinder your chase.

This user has a past of this type of behavior and will receive a ban for said miss behavior.
