Hello Smile

If your a frequent police patrol unit on our servers, then you probably have binds you use to request/assist with backup calls.

Here is a simple guide, to turn those binds into more useful information Smile

Now, when you call for backup because your struggling, you will probably need someone who is driving the same car as you or something faster.

First off, go to your LFS Directory > Data > Scripts folder.

You are shown something similar to this:

You can see that there are files with names of cars. Lets open FXO.

You can see there is two extra lines of code.

The first line, you can see there is
/altf 10 !c Backup Required [FXO or Higher] - Standby for location.

Change "/altf 10" to your selected keys (Ctrl 1-12 or Alt 1-12). You can then change the "Backup Required [FXO or Higher] - Standby for location." text. Change 'FXO' in the text to a car which you would suggest being suitable backup. I suggest putting the FXO in this file due to its the same car as your driving now. However you can put FZ5/RAC etc Smile

Now the second line. /altf 11 !c Backup Available [FXO] - Standby. Again, simply change the "/altf 11" to the button of your choice, then change the FXO to the car file name (in this case, the FXO).

Now, copy and paste these two lines into every single car file (or those which you use to cop).

Now when your in-game, when you request/offer backup, your text will show your cars info Smile

Any questions, feel free to post below! Smile

Absolutely perfect, cheers
I opened yesterday Scripts folder and I don't have .txt files there...
There are for example fxo.lfs file Scared
That's exactly what they are supposed to be.
Open the FXO.lfs in some text editor (notepad for example), add those lines and then save as FXO.lfs again Smile
ok, thanks Karak.
