The user was indeed speeding slightly and did take the corner on the wrongside while not in a chase. His driving is also careless and potentially dangerous.

Due to the fact that this user has had quite a few reports against his actions as a cop recently which he doesn't seem to be learning from, he will have his cop rights revoked.
