3:41:30.00 - Not respecting sirens, didnt move for sirens.
3:42:19.00 - Ramming cop in chase.
3:42:28.00 - attempt to crash cop in chase.
3:45:05.00 - Hitting another car again without apology.
3:45:15.00 - Fallowing chase, not respect sirens, overtake chase, ramming suspect and cops.

All I'm really concerned about here is the intentional and relentless interfering with a chase. He will be banned for one week and will be given a confirmable warning.

Action has been taken as described.
