Swearing, insults, racism, abuse and otherwise offensive language is not tolerated in our servers. Insulting gestures (ie "middle finger") or graphical characters will be treated like written in plain text. That includes the use of substitution characters in swearwords.

Though the screenshot provides some evidence in this situation, it would be preferable if you could include replays in your reports by default, RacerSS, rather than just relying on screenshots. That way, we can get a little added context in the build up to any situation.

I have some sort of judgement in mind for which action to take based merely on the screenshot, but would like to see the replay for reasons stated above.

User quite clearly used a term to be insulting as well as to avoid the swear filter. One will receive a warning for swearing with intention to harm, as well as a swear fine.

Moreover, your messages (RacerSS) were quite provoking after the chase had finished:

Wasn't really called for in my opinion. You could have simply explained to the user what one had done wrong, rather then threatening straight for a "R-R-A Purt" and being even more provocative by saying you're not willing to help - bear that in mind for the future.
