Training Information:

Took place on: 25/03/15

Trainer(s) Present: Connor [T]

Assistance Present: Barney [CA]

Lead Trainer: Connor [T]

Good Points:

Right from the start of the chase you were able to keep up with the suspect sufficiently. Your general car control was good; you have clearly been working on this and it shows. You anticipated your suspect's movements well and heeded my advice very well. I could see that you used the environment very well.

The majority of your PIT manoeuvres were well calculated and you looked for alternative manoeuvres in different situations, such as blocking the suspect off, using your awareness of the suspect very well. On most corners you tried to position yourself for a PIT which was also very promising to see, showing you're doing these things on instinct now.

Overall, you were very safe and cautious of your manoeuvres which was evident your pulling away of a failed PIT.

Improvements:

Your reactions will need some work, but these will obviously improve with experience. Possibly you could try and practice especially on suspects who like to do a lot of U turns or late turns etc. then you will improve greatly and become more cautious, especially on tighter corners.

Authorised by Luke.

Notes: You will need to pass Advanced training to regain your cop rights. If you do regain your cop rights, please remember to stay safe and think about everyone around you!
