So something I just came across.

Cop A asked for backup. I join.
Me in JOIN mode on other side of the track.
Cop A leaves chase, cop B takes over (cop B is in range).
I lose contact with the suspect.

Could this be looked at?

I was cop B.

I took over the chase being 400m away of the suspect, but in this case, I was at the other side of the track, there was no way i could get to him since the real road separates one side from the other side.... , as a result , he escaped

That would explain it, but I lost contact quite a bit before you did, so I'm still wondering how that could happen
