I found a cop skin for the MRT and i was just wondering, is it legal to cop in a MRT?
No.
You don't have any lights (bar the brake light), a horn and the car model won't have space to display the word "POLICE" on the front and back.
Regardless of the above, it's pointless. You have no ability to pit other cars because they'll be too heavy.
I think it's not as it doesn't have any lights (except the brake light) and no horn.
