Main reason(s): He removed my cop rights, this is not the reason for report though, as i understand why they were removed, its when i asked him nicely to reinstate my cop rights, he said " No Sorry, unless you pay me 1000$ Paypal but else no"
Now i do see he said he was joking, but joking or not this is not something i would think a TC Admin should be saying. Wouldn't that be against the rules, or considered as cheating ect?

He clearly said he was joking and the joke wasn't offensive or rude. It was just that: a joke.

I don't see why this warrants a report.

I would like this report to be taken seriously please, it is by no means a joke!
