Does anyone know about any good and easy missions that
pay out good? Maybe even some who can be played alone.
Or other glitches to make money?

Titan of a job is a good money making mission as well as Rooftop rumble. You don't have to do much and you get a fair amount from doing it.
Would definitely recommend Rooftop Rumble as it gives you a large amount of cash and RP at the same time. You can basically spam-play RR.
I tried that but it's not very trivial. Many enemies with assault rifles, appearing cars in the back and some chase across the map. Bit much action when doing alone.
Death Metal. Can be completed in around 2 minutes and if you wait a total of 15 minutes before delivering the package you get 18k+.
From heists, I would recommend Fleeca job, as it is the first, easiest and simpliest heist and gives good payout.
Do all the heists, same group of players & in order. Easy 2 million. Plus, if its your first time you get a sweet bonus!

Eh, probably a rank thing.
Depends. Some missions are locked until you have reached the required rank to host them.
However even if you have reached that rank you need to either get that mission via your phone [lester,martin,etc] or join the mission via somebody else. Obviously you need to complete it aswell.
All of Gerald Missions are really easy and generally give anything from 5k to 10k+ I think. I always play them when I can.
