This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
It's clear it was intentional, there was no reason for him to turn into your direction. Furthermore, he didn't apologize until you threatened to report him.

He has a history for wrong siding and hitting cops especially without apologizing.

He's been warned and banned previously for some time for similar incidents. He should have learnt his lesson by now.

He will receive a moderate ban appropriately.

Action has been taken as described.
