total unawareness of chase in progress, failure to stay remote, crashes into me, no apologie.
failure to respond after questioned three times.

This user really is struggling to get to grips with the most basic of rules. I'll issue one final confirmable warning. Rest assured, should an incident of this nature occur within the future, a lengthy ban will be imposed.
