This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
To be fair, he was at the junction first meaning he had right of way through the roundabout. Indeed, you're supposed to fully respect sirens however, this doesn't always mean you can bomb it through junctions without giving way/checking the map. If you pull out on somebody, it's your fault..
His sirens would be in view but not very clearly and his terrible Australian ping certainly didn't help. He slowed down but not enough to be cautious around the sirens hence why he made contact. It really shouldn't have been as serious as it was, but yet again, his Aussie lag exaggerated it a little unfortunately.
I will issue a minor warning for him just to be a little more cautious around sirens due to his lag.
P.S the GIF didn't really help much with it being sped up. If you're going to use a GIF for evidence from an angle make sure it's an appropriate speed and quality.
