Description of incident (inc date & time): Intentionally rammed me after I initiated a pursuit. Failed to apologise until I said I'm reporting him. I fail to believe it's an accident given how many reports for similar rule violations appear when simply searching his username on the forums, let alone how many people must have used !report against him.

Have you got a replay please? The screenshots are good, but don't really show the sort of speed.

Apologies, seems as though my memory failed me. The whole thing starts from 2:53:29.00.
