Description of incident (inc date & time):

54:55 - Starting to provoke me to start chase. First little touch
58:57 - Ramming police car on reverse gear
59:23 - and last hit before i removed speedtrap

The user has been banned almost a year ago for similar provocative actions.

He will receive a final warning to see if he gets the hint that we have rules around here. He seems to swear excessively and harass cops, so hopefully he will pay more attention to this in future.
