Driving live and looking replay is 2 seperate things.
We all can look at 2nd time same situations and say - yes could do that or that.

COP DINO FZ5 in chase doing his work good.
Suddenly brake in midle of road in front of 3 cars. As later seen to turn left. But form right side of road ? In place far from possible turning point ?
Yes again. Right side of road not left closer to guard raill. Thats in replay not in live situation. Yes i know,but still.

You can clearly see 3 possible road lanes. Grass / A /B

Contact on Line A Fz5 braked in straigt line in right line to 30km/h why ? Cant turn right Wall + car . cant turn left guard raill and turnaraund point far away. So why brake there ? He just overtake my brother. He knew there are cars behinde him. In real life if crash would be happaned just like this. FZ5 would be guilty. Purpose braking. Even if he where closer to turnaraund point. Turning left from right line ? guilty.

Look at distance how loong it is from where he braked to 30km/h to where is turnaraund. There are 4-5 car leghts. Fz5 + abs can easy stopted there twice.

Resum.


Cop fz5 braked in wrong place in wrong line knowing cars are behinde and he cant turn left or right.

My brother is not superhuman with super reaction. As far as i see even 10 year old would do simular. Me personaly. I would hit brakes + hand brake just like in life. My bro is not me so , i think he did what he could do in live situation = steer and no gass.


As we talked with Connor. Yes it could be avoided his way and my way. But result is live situation where was my brother not Connor or me did what he did not us. And replay is different than live situation.


I believe my bro and i still say. It was not Direct ramming on purpose. It was accident caused by fz5 things/moves/action.


Thats why i think i would not say sorry. If its not my fault , in this my brother didnot say sorry posibly because he did not think it was his fault.

Obviously cop think different and he should. He need to guard law. And stay alert.


I would like to ask not single person to look throw ,but many people. we live in democratic world.


And again. It was not purpose delivered crash / ramming. It was accident. Other wise wheels would not be turned away and pedal would not be let go.

You cannot make another unban request, you will need to make an unban appeal in this area using the form provided.

You can post all of this into there but using the correct appeal format. Your appeal will then be looked into by Management (higher authority).
