Please read the "Sample User Report" thread properly.

It clearly states the report must contain the necessary evidence.

If he was ramming and didn't apologise, and you can offer no evidence whatsoever, how are we going to deal with it?

You will, of course, need to upload evidence for action to be taken.

Hello,

Overall his driving is extremely reckless and he rammed you twice. His intention might've been to get you chase him but, still that doesn't warrant what he did. He should've known better not to ram on our servers upon his previous punishments. Therefore, he'll now lose his privilege to play on our servers for a good while.
