17:10 Overtakes my chase and ignores siren.
17:30 Not explaining unless I overtake and then he overtakes, doesnt move for siren
24:50 Overtakes my chase and makes a U-Turn
25:10 Rams my suspect

Hello,

He indeed broke two of the most basic rules. I looked through the whole replay and was able to find even more timestamps of him playing beyond the server rules. Therefore, he'll receive a ban now. He knew well enough that this kind of behaviour isn't acceptable.
