Description of incident (inc date & time): 6:51.19 i brake for the speed bump and v6 hits me and just say's ? and then rams me again at 7:08.27 and just say's move he has a history of ramming

After reviewing more than just OP's posted replay, this user has broken a lot of rules, and as such will recieve a year long ban.
