Replay timestamps: 1:28:10 - Rear ends me, clearly on purpose as he didn't remove his foot off the throttle. Then replies with "3 sh7m" trying to shut me up.

Description of incident (inc date & time):
This player's driving is really annoying. After the first hit, he apologized and I accepted his apology because I thought he hit me by accident, but then he continued this behavior for a second time. Upon checking the replay I realized that this driver rammed me purposely on both occasions. Not to mention that when I searched his username I found a few reports on him.
