Description of incident (inc date & time):

We gave enough time for panda to move, yet he refused to do so.

This only happened once but since the beginning of Kyoto, every time I am in a pursuit and encounter Panda, he stands still at the left lane refusing to give me way. Unfortunately I have no evidence except for this specific occasion.

I hope that Panda will receive appropriate action

hi,
my pc has problems with graphic card and i get timeout every 5-10 mins (pc crash black screen and need to restart pc). maybe i didnt see the messages because pc crashed..
i know TC rules about cops and it wasn't on purpose.
Do what you want but this is my truth. Hope you understand.

Both users (Lavezzi and naish) were ignoring the SIRENS on the Autobahn. They only moved when the chase had to force itself through.

Both users will receive a confirmable in-game warning for failing to move for sirens. This will also be naish's final warning in terms of ignoring sirens due to his history and hitting the COP after the reported incident.
