Main reason(s):
-Blocking the road, and due to that I crash myself when I was in a chase, and I lose it.
-Disrespectful with me when I wanted to discuss with him for that movement.

Description of incident (inc date & time):
I was in chase, for a pretty long time ago (for me ), and this MED blocking my way, and I crashed. He didn't even say sorry.
His reason was "I was trying to park."
I discuss with him (sorry for capital letters, I was pretty annoyed), and he said many many times "shut up", " I don't want to discuss with you"...
Please, discuss with him.
In 2 weeks, big amount of noobs, and I report two of all.

He was clearly trying to block the road and even reversed into you when he saw you coming. He did not move away from the chase when you were busted either which makes this all the more sketchy.

His attitude to afterwards was unacceptable as well and due to both of these incidents, he will receive a 7 day ban.
