Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: Because i stand in safezone, i was afk for like 4-5 min then i come back until this cop gave me a fine..

1. Please avoid saying "Just now" for "Time & Date of Incident" as that's not a valid measurement of time.
2. He actually pulled up behind you at around ~48 minutes, not at 50 minutes.
