12:32 - Saying u srsly to make him think about saying sorry
12:35 - Repeating that he should say sorry .
At END of replay i`m saying that i will go report , but he anyways ignore and still don`t say sorry ...

This user does not seem to know the rules as he is still relatively new. Nevertheless, it was common sense that he should have apologised to you after such a collision.

He will receive a confirmable in-game warning for ramming into you on the wrongside.
