Description of incident (inc date & time): will a was drifting and a did a stupid move a crashed my self so i wont hit him, instead of moving forward he breaks, in replay it showed that i did tap him will he is breaking, the insim did not show box that i hit him, but he said that his insim say something else and he fine me 150$ for causing accident, so who is right his insim or TC insim ?
This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
Would fit more in the refund request area IMO.
Hi,

The TC Insim will only show the !sorry/!complain box when a collision is detected with a closing speed over a certain value.

In order to fine someone for causing an accident it isn't a necessity for the insim to have detected a collision, as a small bump may not be recognised by it.

I see the fine as being justified, but if you have any other questions please let me know.
fair enough, but one thing did bother me is why he did break that accident was avoidable if he did not break im right? or he did see that moment as opportunity for him?
I saw you on my mirrors, I tried to avoid you by pushing the gas pedal quickly, but had to brake for the corner at the same time.
Seems like no further action is needed here--let me know via PM if that's not the case.

No action has been taken for reasons described.
