Description of incident (10.11.15 - 1021gmt): overtaking me with sirens, ramming cop, overtaking again, attempt to ram zykel.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
It's clear his intentions were to overtake/interfere with your chase. He had many opportunities to avoid it, yet he didn't care at all and pursued to ram you.

Some time ago he was warned and banned for the exact same situation. This time he will receive a warning to remind him that it is not tolerated. If he continues, he will receive a lengthy ban.

Action has been taken as described.
