Replay timestamps: 5:50.54 - He goes on the wrong side, head on rams me. Looks like he aimed for it but blaming it on "phone" is not an excuse.

I cannot assume that he was on his phone, nor can I really assume he was not. However this was a blatant head-on crash that he could have easily avoided, provided the amount of room on the right. It was not the best of reactions on your end but I understand that it was a last minute reaction.

The user will receive a 3 day ban due to his recent history.
