This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
After this occurred, the user was briefly warned in-game for ramming by another admin - I'm not sure if that was directly related to the incidents in this report. However, I'll give him a confirmable warning, making it absolutely clear that this type of behaviour isn't tolerated.

Action has been taken as described.
