Sorry for the delay, I just finished a new OS install and I'm still getting Live For Speed things set up. :]

This user has absolutely no excuses for his rule breaks as seen in the replay.
Although the ram on you was a minor hit, he clearly was attempting to ram you and it could have been a major hit if he didn't mess it up.

This alongside the overtaking of chases is unacceptable, and as such he will receive a long ban due to his history.
