i asked him to say something, no response. Dont know if its was both kinds of faults, admin can decied.

The user was new to the server today so he clearly doesn't know the rules. He was also trying to go to the middle to avoid you, however.

He will receive a confirmable in-game warning to remember to say "sorry" when accidentally hitting someone and to read our rules.
