Main reason(s): Ramming me as i was stationery (not on road) at drifters Corner, and also ramming another player "Toes"

Replay timestamps:

10:45 - 10:55 - clearly see him turn towards me and ram me

11:15 - 11:25 - Pegla going too fast hits Toes and drives off

On both instances he didn't apologise for what he did even when i asked him

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
The user clearly has no idea what he is doing and will need to be directed to the rules.

He has no history at all on his URS so will receive a confirmable in-game warning for his actions.
