1:38:23 - Rams me again whilst I'm trying to deal with a suspect I'd initiated a chase with just before he first rammed me. This ram not only hits me, but also sends the suspect flying.
1:38:30 - Continues to try and push me
Description of incident (inc date & time): He kept on harassing me to repay him for a fine I'd issued earlier on and after not repaying him (as there were no grounds to do so) he decided to ram me, as you can see in the replay.
I would have combined this with my other report, but they're two different replays and this event occurred after. I'm usually not too trigger happy when it comes to reporting players, but this was an extraordinary violation of the rules.
