This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

The user did indeed proceed to gain an advantage by driving the wrong way down the Autobahn. It's clear he is not familiar with the rules and will be guided to read them via a warning. If he pursues to cause any further issues he will be banned.

Some advice: if you find yourself in this situation again, confront them immediately, make sure they are aware of their wrong doing and the situation may be revertable.
Also, as a cop, you are allowed to proceed and follow him for a short amount of time, as stated in the rules here:

Rule 10.1.1 Wrote:10.1.1. Driving wrong way on the Autobahn is strictly forbidden, even during chases.
If you find yourself on the wrong side of the Autobahn while being chased, you are expected to turn around, slow down and wait for the cops to catch up. You must not gain an advantage.

Exceptions to rule 10.1.1:
1. Cops in chase may drive on the wrong side of the Autobahn for short distances if no alternative route is available without losing the chase, provided it is safe to do so.

2. Users towing a vehicle on the Autobahn are permitted to drive on the wrong side for short distances if that is the safest and most efficient solution.

Action has been taken as described.
