Description of incident (inc date & time): i was driving normaly and i try my best to stay on left side to let him pass me on right but he keep hitting my back and then he said it's my fault because driving slow.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
The user does have a history for it, but the incident was very minor so i will give him a confirmable warning. If he persists, even with minor stuff, then it will quickly be a ban.
