It should be 'Licence Expired', 'license' is a verb whereas 'licence' is a noun.

For example:

Oh I see. I'd have thought the British English version would have been used given that in the rules 'colour' is used instead of 'color' on all occasions, for example.

Since it is a legit word, it is probably not worth changing one letter.
