Training Information:

Took place on: 21/03/2016

Trainer(s) Present: Nismo [T], Connor [T]

Assistance Present: Some1 [CA], Renegade [CA]

Lead Trainer: Nismo [T]

Good Points: Good block the gap and corner pit in the training session. You attempted a two car box during the final chase.

Improvements: There were quite a few alarming things which happened in todays session that you need to improve on before you are elgible to have your COP rights back. One of the main problems you had was car control at medium-high speed. You were very shaky when driving the RAC and it seems you lacked car control, especially when performing maneuvers.

Your reactions were not up to standards, this lead to you braking very late as the suspect went to turn the corner which meant the suspect gained an advantage and you were slowly heating your tires and clutch each time your brakes locked up and doing the hand brake turn to spin back around.

To improve, you should try to practice in a car that you know is much heavier and practice becoming stable in it. Make sure you have a good setup with good brakes which will allow you to slow down better. Whilst on the topic of reactions, you failed to give yourself a thinking distance between you and the suspect. You left yourself little time to react when approaching juntions or other multi-direction roads. Be prepared for sudden movements and allow yourself some time think and react.

In addition to your reactions, you need to improve on your visual awareness. You should be looking around you to see where objects are and how your maneuver will be affected by it. You should take some time to think of the consequences of your maneuvers and ensure that you and the suspect will be safe as possible after performing it.

You were unable to perform manuevers up to standard in the final chase and I found you ramming the suspect multiple times. In the training session, we trialed two different cars to see how your PITs were affected when Pitting a lighter car in comparison to another car, you seemed to improve when pitting the lighter XRT but you were physically unable to PIT the FZ5. The weight of your car was a factor in this, however your control was after performing the PIT was not good enough. You were not in full control of your car. So again, I recommend you to change the car or find a better, more comfortable setup.

When you began the final chase, you pressed !siren. Your sirens are automatically activated when you press !chase, therefore you do not need to press !siren when starting a chase. If you do this, you are turning off your siren and the visual on screen siren will not be displayed on a players screen, resulting in them not moving out of the way for you. Remember this, it's important. Refer to the Police Guide if you are still unsure: http://city-driving.co.uk/manual/police_guide

Notes: Authorized by Connor
