This user's history is terrible in terms of the reasons stated in this report. The fact that he has no regard for the rules and "wants to be perm banned" gives me the impression that he has absolutely no obligation to change his ways.

Not sure where this change in attitude came from but it happens sometimes.

Denial will be receiving a very long ban for his recent actions.
