Description of incident (inc date & time): I can't stay a second on the server anymore. The wrong siding is so annoying. Peoples spamming inb4 report / glows spamming the chat.

I can't drive without applying full brakes / taking evasive actions. Look at how many timestamps! Is it ok to wrong side like that?? 3.21.2016

Hey there! Okay, i know i've wrongsided alot but hey, dont u wrongside when u are in a chase or when you are being chased? As far as u dont hit anyone it's fine i think. Let me explain the timestaps u've stated above.
5:30:0-My suspect u turned and i couldnt react to it that fást and i didnt want to being slowed down by Enthu.
12:00-As u can see me and Ehet got crashed by a wrongsider and i couldnt handle my car. I've apologised for it tho.
19:45-I wanted to go back at the first chance but i failed it. When i chased you did the same, dont try to seem who's obey the rules all the time.

But yes, I can unterstand that a user like you, who obeys the rules all the time, who never annoys other people and who never got banned, makes a report because of this.

Spectate my car for the 30 minutes and speed up the replay by pressing F4.

I don't see how difficult it is to keep driving on the right side.

If you want to play pursuits then you better be very alert and keep watching the map.

The time stamp 19:45, where me and Angel were on the wrong side and passed you. No one took any damage, nor were there any crashes. In addition, we said "sorry" to you. Not sure what more you can ask. It's a game, and we're humans - mistakes happen. No ones perfect

0:26 - You nearly made a head on head collision with Fast, trying to overtake someone. Causing danger to another user. In fact, you didnt even say sorry. At least we said sorry when we crashed!

At 25:47 you were typing and were on the wrong side of the road. Typing whilst driving is not a wise option clearly. A safe option would be to pull up and type. Would you agree?

To add to that: We weren't "spamming". Not sure which part you meant that we were "spamming"

At 25:47 My suspension was damaged and my car slipped to the wrong way. What's wrong with that? I didn't cause any accidents lol.

Spamming is the part where 3 Peoples repeats the same message again and again and again. GO GO [GLOW] / And there was a bit of provoking part from Sonic which I don't feel like posting here.

In the past 30 minutes I got rammed 13 times and I wasn't having a good time. The chat was annoying as I explained I have everything logged in case you want to see.

Well, I'm sure many teams do it too, we're not the first. I've seen GC do it too. And you can't complain of chat being spammed, when theres 38 people in the server. Not sure what you expect, the server to be dead silent?

I'm gonna drop this final post in here. Arguing with you won't get me anywhere, I've explained my point in the first post. That there was a lot of wrong siding going on and me being crashed 13 times.

The chat was being spammed at the time.

That's an example taken from the .mpr. Those are just the lines that were being sent, excluding inSim lines. It feels like being a popular twitch's chat channel with 110k ppls.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post here or not, but given you've not included me in the report but then had the audacity to drop my name a few times, I find it very provocative and disrespectful. I'm posting as I feel I have the right to defend my corner.

What's even more annoying is the fact you've not even provided any proof of what I have done? They are just claims made out of thin air... Oh, or was that why you didn't 'feel' like posting them? Shocker. But nah, you're still willing to squeeze out every ounce on this report remotely possible.

But yet you can still pull out a screenshot from your 'armoury' which happened yesterday when concerning other users.

You try and pick people out like a needle in a haystack and it really does put players on edge and ruins the community for all.

First i didnt want to report him for that because i was seriously thinking he would change, right after he came back from a really long ban for various reasons (including insulting and disrespecting others) but recent events have shown that he has not, hence im reporting him now.

Description of incident (inc date & time): Who's provoking / Wrong siding? Seriously. It truly turns my heart into pieces, We are a community, a family, this is not how we should treat each other, And thats not the act of a member of a family if he's gonna provoke reactions like he's doing and/or ruining the fun by wrong siding and forcing me to take evasive actions.

And Angel please, Don't reply for the sake of speeding up the process, and making it easier for the admins to review the report, rather than giving him a headache with massive threads. And no, I dont try to pick peoples out like a needle in a haystack like some peoples are saying.

Hi there, again. At the first timestap i've tried to get better lines to be faster with Wheel but yes, i didnt see you, didnt even check the map before, sorry for that. Yes i told u to crash into me instead of crashing into the barrier which is may cause more damage than me. I really really dont know what crashes are u talking about yesterday's report but okay. Then i caused an accident because i was typing to you and i wasnt concentrating to the road. Okay, I’ve merged the 3 reports by AD and Angel into one and there are some over-lapping points that are better addressed as a whole in my opinion.

I also looked at all the relevant replays and time-stamps and below is my opinion:

AD: I understand you believe the time-stamps within your generic report to be noteworthy but I seriously suggest you re-calibrate your measure of what is and isn’t worth a report. Most of these things were either already dealt with in-game (such as those which were clearly unfortunate accidents for which the offending user apologised) or are minor incidents that are seriously misusing our time.

Your 2nd report did have a little more basis, and that’s discussed a little later. However, I still think both of these could/should have been dealt with on the server in a calmer manner rather than involving us.

Angel: Similar to the above point, do you really think—looking back on it with a clearer head—that saying “he is still a kiddo” should be report-worthy? I’m not sure if this is an attempt at retaliation for AD’s initial report which included you (among many, many others) but it certainly doesn’t warrant intervention from us.

The thing is, you report AD for insulting, but then the amount of sly-comments you direct to him means that it is just pure hypocrisy.

In terms of AD’s 2nd report, however, I do think you have something to answer for in terms of causing an accident (albeit a brushing of paintwork) on wrong side and refusing to apologise. Also, the issue is you generally being argumentative with him, i.e. when you hit him on H1 as he was helping to TOW.

However, the main point you both (and others, potentially) need to take from this is that it's a complete waste of our time when we could be using that time to instead deal with actual rule-breakers rather than intervening in petty arguments caused by people being either too argumentative or too trigger-happy in terms of reporting / threatening to report.

If you want TC members to lose interest as a result of having to deal with these kinder-garden incidents then continue, but if you actually want the community to stay together and stay active, then I’d seriously consider you both re-assess your actions and try to look at things with a clearer head in future.

We’re all adults—please act like it. If that isn't possible, then we'll start restricting people's ability to post User Reports.
