VERSION 5.0 (4.0 is only used for development)
Added: Arduino-support.
Changed: It works with InSim instead of a chatlog.
Fixed: It responds not anymore to 'emergency strings' in the public chat (i.e. someone who talks about 'calling a tow' without actually calling one).
Removed TEMPORARILY: Special functions for cops.

Added: COP-support (COP's, VCU's and HWA's are supported now)
Changed: it reads the InSim-port now from the application window and the settings file
First-time run instructions are included in the application while starting
