Something that doesnt help, is that alot of people, are spamming MOVE FOR COP when they are not even blocking the road, or in their way.

True in a lot of cases. However I've found over the years that using my personal "POLICE -- CLEAR WAY" bind a couple times on approach to an area where there are a lot of a cars on the map seems to increase my survival rates and speeds up how quickly I can pass through because I do not wait for them to get in my way.
