Description of incident (inc date & time): 6.3.2016 - arround 6pm utc +1.

This user's had a brief history of this kind of behaviour and this was certainly very weird considering he's been able to speak perfect English before, but he did not say a word here.

Nevertheless, he will serve a 3 day ban for his actions.
